Learning about the Enneagram in a small group of like-minded people is the single most effective way to speed up your understanding of both yourself and the other people in your life. Once we become more aware of the good reasons behind what we do, we naturally become more compassionate towards both ourselves and others.

It might sound a tall order for any course, book or system to solve all the above but working to better understand yourself as well as other people with the help of the Enneagram personality typing system can be truly transformational. The Enneagram helps you identify why you think, feel and act the way you do and also helps you understand these patterns in others. The knowledge gained in this course can help maintain and improve mental well-being, as well as transforming difficult relationships at home or at work.
