Systemic constellations are a way of working with both personal and business issues to uncover hidden dynamics operating within the system.

During the workshop, the facilitator will help the issue holder create a map of the system with participants being chosen by the issue holder to represent elements of the issue being addressed.

The process reveals unexpected dynamics operating within the system to find ways of providing the issue holder with a new image of the system and insight into how to move forward with the issue.

This workshop is best suited to those who have attended previous Systemic Constellation workshops and/or are familiar with working with more alternative modalities.

Issue Holders must have previously attended a workshop as a Representative. Places for 2 people new to being Representatives will be offered at this workshop.

Michelle Johansen has been a trained Systemic Organisational Constellator since 2013 and is currently undergoing further training in this area.
