21st Century leadership requires something different from us, we need to develop our own authentic presence to catalyse, empower and inspire leadership in others
This Leadership Programme synthesises wisdom from personal mastery practices woven together with know-how gained at one of Europe’s top business schools, to help you discover more of who you truly are and how you can develop your innate capacities to lead yourself and others.
What makes this leadership journey unique is the bond created between the Programme members and how this supports them to go to new depths of self-reflection, learn through group conversations, and explore unconscious drivers that influence behaviour.
Michelle and Cato Johansen bring a unique combination of experience to run this Leadership programme.
Michelle brings 12 years as a Professional Certified Coach, 20+ years as an Executive Director in the Guernsey Finance industry plus 8 years running the Women’s Development Forum in Guernsey and Jersey before launching Female Potential, an initiative specifically aligned to helping more women reach their full potential in the workplace.
In addition to his years as an Executive Director, Cato brings 25 years as a Master Certified Coach and 10 years as a Coach Consultant at INSEAD, rated the World’s number one business school, working on top leadership programmes including their flagship Women’s Leadership Programme.
Both Cato and Michelle are also students of the Diamond Approach; a psycho-spiritual approach to exploring consciousness and our full potential as human beings
